FALL SESSION

Registration Opens April 1st

Training will start between mid July to Aug 1st and will be two nights a week.  Times and location of training will not be known until mid July after coaches are lined up for the teams.  Games will be played on Saturday's starting at the end of August and will run through mid November. 

Registration Cost is as follows:

$135.00 for Early Bird Registration thru May 15th.

$145.00  Registraion from May 16th through June 15th

$175.00 Late registraion after June 15th. We cannot guarantee placement on a team after June 15th.

There is a multiple child discount, but you should register all siblings before making your choice on the number of players at the end.  This will give you an automatic discount on the number of siblings you have registered. 

Volunteer Fee
We have a $40 per family volunteer fee. Once you have completed 4 hours of volunteer work, this fee will be refunded. Coaches are already volunteering way more than 4 hours, and are exempt from this fee for their children.

AGE GROUP SELECTION:  CVFC cannot allow players to play down an age group.  The age groups are based on the calendar year (Jan-Dec), so it may look like some players are too young.  However, know that they will be playing with other players of the same age with similar birthdates.  All abilities and experiences are welcome and taken into account in team formation.  Players that want to play up one year may make the request but it will need to be approved through our DOC.

New Players must upload a copy of either their Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver License. Documents from other Countries/States gladly accepted. 

All players will need a HEADSHOT only picture uploaded to the system.  This picture is used for the player pass so it must be a headshot only and can NOT have any of the following:  hats, sunglasses, facing sideways, must be in color.

This Spring we are once again planning to have a Spring league for rec players born between 2004 and 2014.  Coaches have already been notified.  If interested in playing Spring soccer there are a few steps to take ASAP to hopefully get your player onto a Spring team.

1. Ask your fall coach if they plan to coach a Spring team.  If your coach does plan to coach a Spring team, and you have confirmed that your player is on coach's list for their Spring team then your player is all set.  No need to fill out the individual player google form below.  Just watch for communication from your coach on when and where practices will be.  Also, your coach will let you know how much your portion of the team fees will be for the season.  You will pay that amount to your coach at your first practice.  Plan for team fees to be between $30 - $65 per player depending on your age group.  
2. If your Fall coach is not planning to coach a Spring rec team please fill out the individual player interest form below.  This form is for players looking for a team to play Spring soccer with, and their coach from the Fall is not participating in Spring soccer.  This form let's us know you are interested.  Many Spring teams come with about half of their players from the Fall.  If teams need extra players to fill out their Spring roster, we will use the players on this list to fill out the Spring teams.  Once placed on a team your new coach will let you know when and where practices will be.  Also, your coach will let you know how much your portion of the team fees will be for the season.  You will pay that amount to your coach at your first practice.  Plan for team fees to be between $30 - $65 per player depending on your age group.  Also, best to collect your player pass from the Fall coach, as your Spring coach will need that card for Spring games.  When you hear from a Spring coach, let them know if you have the player pass from the Fall.

       3. If you did not play with CVFC in the Fall, but are still interested in playing with us this Spring you can do so.  Fill out the individual player Spring signup form in the link above.  Indicate that your player was not with CVFC in the Fall, but is interested in playing on one of our Spring teams.  You will need to pay an additional $35 to the club, so we can get your player registered, insured, and have their player pass printed.  You will also pay your player's portion of the team fees to your coach at the first practice.  Plan for team fees to be between $30 - $65 per player depending on your age group.

Comp players:  If a player is playing on a competitive team this Spring they are not eligible to play on a rec team also.

Players born between 2015 and 2018 (U6 & U8):  We are planning a Spring Academy for our younger players.  More info on the Spring academy will will be coming soon.
